Thanks for the message. I apologize for the delay in responding. I am glad to hear about how passionate you are about sports and fitness. The good news is that we tend to get a lot of individuals with very similar experiences and questions as you.

Before providing more detailed advice regarding transitioning to health and wellness, however, I need to know in what context you hope to be involved in health and wellness. Specifically, do you hope to do applied research or want to focus on clinical positions. In other words, do you see yourself doing applied research in academic setting or a medical center setting? Or do you see yourself doing clinical work for an agency or potentially your own business?
